衛(wèi)生級無菌取樣閥 Aseptic welded sampling valve

工作原理  無菌取樣閥可于每次取樣之前和之后進行菌處理

閥門開:取樣

手動閥門可以通過轉動手柄開啟(可調節(jié)式閥門)或通過驅動桿開啟(開/關式閥門) 此時閥桿及隔膜回縮，使液體流入。

閥門關:殺菌

進行相反步驟時內置彈簧使閥門關閉，使軟管部件之間的腔道空出以進行殺菌。如果使用蒸汽殺菌，我們建議在閥出口裝一小型的泄壓閥(屬于選擇類產品)。

標準設計  無菌取樣閥由三部分組成，閥體，閥頭和隔膜。橡膠隔膜置于閥頭桿上使其可以伸縮。各型號間閥體和閥頭可互相替換。

無菌取樣閥有兩種規(guī)格:

M4閥門用于低黏度物料比如水，啤酒，酒類和液狀牛奶。

W9閥門用于高黏度物料比如水果型酸奶，糖漿和冰淇淋。

W9閥門還可配以微型取樣口，通過樣針進行取樣。

溫度   最大殺菌溫度，干燥蒸汽(2~3 bar); 121~134℃

閥體類型包括:  用于容器安裝的焊接口，用于管路安裝的焊接口，帶卡箍接口或帶螺紋接口。

閥體     T型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。       P型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。

C型: 卡箍接口。                           S型: 插式接口(螺紋)。

材質   閥體: 不銹鋼，AISI 316L              閥頭: 不銹鋼，AISI 304

隔膜:硅橡膠(標準型閥門)                         三元乙丙橡膠(EPDM)(帶微型取樣口的閥門)

Standarddesign  Asepticsampling valve consists of three parts, valve, valve head and diaphragm .Rubberseptum membrane placed on the valve head so that it can be flexible rod. Betweenthe valve body and the head model can be interchangeable.

Asepticsampling valve in two sizes:

M4valve for low viscosity materials such as water ,beer, liquor and liquid milk.

w9valve for high viscosity materials such as fruit, yogurt syrup and ice cream.

W9valve can also be coupled with micro-sampling ports ,sampling by syringe.
